On XX/XX/XXXX I initiated an online transfer of {$6600.00} from my account at Flagstar to XXXX XXXX bank. The transfer was approved online. On XX/XX/XXXX I received emails informing me that the transfer wasn't completed and external transfer function on my account was suspended. After a half hour on the phone with them trying to resolve it, I was hung up on. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email saying transfer function was restored. As of XX/XX/XXXX the money is missing, It is not in my Flagstar account nor in the recipient bank. I have contacted the bank by email and received a generic automated response.
