In the early morning of XX/XX/XXXX when I noticed Experian had lowered my credit Score by 16 points I immediately went to check the notifications on the app. There wasnt any notification update and no explanation for the lowered score. I immediately complained to Experian to put back my points before I file a complaint. And magically, it reappeared 24hrs later. Then after that, i checked on my app again XXXX XXXX had fraudulently reported false information. Immediately submitted a dispute with consumer protection bureau and Experian and my credit score at this point again went down by the exact XXXX points. I was notified the company was deleted and get this, they refused to increase my credit score by 23 or more. Experian is doing illegal unfair practices with my credit score and I believe this is targeted towards specific people. This has been happening for years. I am just now realizing the sneaky actions and now is when Im fighting back. I told Experian this. I told them that I know what has happened and I am closely monitoring and when I caught what they did they still had no explanation to give me! And this morning I opened my email to find them some guy by the name of XXXX from Experian write me to sell me Experian Credit works a package that cost XXXX dollars to monitor my credit score!!! And i wrote back and told this guy, listen I will never spend a dime on you crooks and thats what annual credit score .com is for! And thats FREE! I told this XXXX guy from Experian, I gave them 24 hrs to correct the error in increasing my score 23 or More and instead they chose to stick to their previous illegal activity which they didnt think I would catch well time is up Im filing a formal complaint! So thats everything that has happened.
