On, XX/XX/2024 {$800.00} XXXX ATM did not dispense money but took it from my Cash App account. I immediately called the number on the ATM they said to call my bank. I called my bank ( Cash App ) but the representative kept trying to treat it as a regular transaction from a store. what I said to both of them was '' the atm spit my card out like it was going to say please take your money but it didn't instead the atm said system error and reset itself. '' The next morning I immediately went to the bank where the atm was and they said they couldn't help I had to call my bank. It was freezing outside I waited there for about XXXX min after the atm finished loading and it still didn't dispense any money. On XXXX XXXX 2024 I received an email from my bank stating my dispute had been denied for documents contact support. On XXXX 2024 I contacted support they replied wanting info on the dispute i sent it and still have not received the documents. Since XXXX XXXX 2024 I have called and chatted with support a few times to get the same results. So now my account is negative. And I am out {$800.00}.
