Credit Karma recommended I had outstanding odds of getting approved for a XXXX XXXX credit card that I applied for and was rejected. This negatively impacted my credit score. However Credit Karma had advertised that if I was not approved for the card, they would compensate me with {$50.00}, which they did not. I contacted them multiple times and each time Credit Karma acknowledged that would send me instructions on how to redeem the promotional offer but its been a month and I am still waiting. This is misleading advertising and has come at a personal cost to my credit score. I deserve to be compensated.
