ON XXXX 2023 Capital one credit card charged me a XXXX fee for my account and then sent me a card that was never activated. The company never notified me of the card or to even activate the card. I called them and they told me the card is not attached to the account so even if I activated or did not activate the card I still have to pay fee 's. I do not even have this account a year and they will not reimburse me, for a card I never used or activated. I also had rewards of XXXX and they kept that as well. I spoke with XXXX XXXX supervisor from out of the country and then she switched me to XXXX who stated she was from the united states. From her own statement she said was trying to say the card is not attached to the account which makes not sense. No text no email that a card was sent out. But, they sent out text that your statments are ready. This makes not sense.
