I attempted to contact company numerous times. I was hung on, rudely cut off, rerouted to get the same results. My XXXX claim was approved. I received a payment deposit on the XXXX and have been told different information. I attempted to find out if my Money Network Card was sent, I could not get an answer. Then finally a manager/supervisor said it was sent in the XXXX, rush order 2-3 days, then I was told the XXXX 2-3 days rush order.. It's the XXXX ...... It's more than 2-3 business Days ... .. My mother just passed and I'm trying to at least get emergency funds... When we had XXXX XXXX XXXX, no problem .... I've been told nothing can be done until card is received. Now I'm hearing multiple complaints that cards were sent, but never received ..... I was able to do XXXX XXXX before .... I'm so frustrated, and stressed out. I've been informed that a temporary account number is possible to transfer, no help... No help .....
