Consumer Narrative
I have a wells fargo bank account. They sent me a letter saying I qualified for a visa rewards card thru them with a approval number I did the application with that number they sent and I was denied. Now why would my bank that knows my credit score give me that opportunity? They said it was a mass mailing and gave me the run around.it was a hard inquiry on my credit. I feel that it was a unfair decision. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
