My Lender refuses to sign and send my vendor payment for the insurance work completed. My Lender did an inspection and closed out the file but my Vendor still has not been paid or received the check. My XXXX XXXX maid it out to the XXXX and that's why its been such a process. The work was done over a year ago and my Lender still wont hand over the money my XXXX XXXX paid for. I don't know what else to do. My Vendor of course is threatening to file a Lien on my house and this isn't my fault. I don't know what else to do. They got in the way and have sat on the check now for months. They did their inspection ( the Lender ) and they said they were good. Now they want to to sign something to avoid Lien costs but the Lien is because they are sitting on the check. What do I do?
