On three separate occasions, I canceled my XXXX mobile service, yet I am still being charged and now it is in debt collection. Each time I canceled with XXXX, they said it was canceled but it has yet to be. I contacted them both via telephone as well as chat. I am currently in collections for XXXX months worth of charges. I have a screenshot from the last chat conversation on XX/XX/2023 where the agent wrote " I have canceled the lines ... ''. I also confirmed that the only amount due was about {$100.00} and he confirmed that. I was then subsequently charged for XXXX more months and it is now in collections. It takes no less than a half hour to speak to someone, each time I have reached out. I am exhausted of fighting a bill that I dont know and now my XXXX XXXX is in danger. And all for a service that I never used once.
