Its been 3 months and Equifax tech support has failed to respond and fix issues with my Equifax login they told me they had deleted the account and I need to recreate a new account in order for the login to work in XXXX when I went to do as instructed and create the new account the online portal told me that an existing account already exist and when I try log into the old account it give me the same blue screen saying cant complete your request at this timecall customer care I have put in over XXXX support tickets after this and Equifax have failed to fix my online portal so that I can login. Every time I call consumer affairs all they do is tell me that they have to put in another support ticket and send to the tech team and these tickets are not getting answered Im not having any help and my online Equifax login still is not working keep getting blue screen saying Equifax cant complete my request
