IVE REQUESTED NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THIS DEBT COLLECTOR TO PROVIDE ME WITH CONTRACT. I REQUESTED FOR THEM TO PROVIDE ME AN INVOICE FOR WHICH I SIGNED FOR THIS DEBT. I REQUESTED FOR THEM TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE DOCUMENTS USED TO TAKE OUT THIS CONTRACT/AGREEMENT IN MY NAME. THE DOCUMENTS USED TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY. I DID NOT GET THOSE DOCUMENTS WHICH IS MY RIGHT WHEN REQUESTING FOR A DEBT COLLECTOR TO VALIDATE DEBT. EVERYTIME THIS AGENCY CALLS, THEY HARRASS AND RESPOND TELLING ME YOU KNOW YOU OWE THE DEBT. INSTEAD OF PROVIDING ME THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED WHEN REQUESTED UNDER THE LAW. I'VE NEVER GAVE PERMISSION FOR THEM TO USE MY CREDIT FOR AN APPLICATION FOR THEIR SERVICE PRODUCTS. IVE REQUESTED FOR TRANSUNION AND XXXX TO COMPLETE AN INVESTIGATION AND VALIDATE THE DEBT. THEY HAVE YET TO DO SO, I ASKED THEM TO MAIL ME ALL DOCUMENTS USED TO VERIFY THIS DEBT AND PROVIDE ALL DOCUMENTS USED TO VERIFY THIS DEBT FROM THEIR INVESTIGATION. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO DO SO AND HAVE YET TO VALIDATE THIS DEBT. THEY ONLY TOOK THE DEBT COLLECTOR AT THEIR WORD. THESE TWO CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES DO NOT REVIEW ALL FACTS AND DO NOT COMPLETE THOROUGH INVESTIGATIONS. THEY ALSO DO NOT PROVIDE THE RESULTS TO THE CONSUMERS IF THEY DID NOT FOLLOWING THE LAW. I AM FINALIZING A REPORT REQUESTED BY THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL PROTECTION AND INNOVATION WHILE THEY INVESTIGATE THE TACTICS OF THIS DEBT COLLECTOR AND THE CREDIT BUREAUS. THE AGENCY HAS TOLD ME INVESTIGATORS WILL BEGAN INVESTIGATING IF THERE IS NO FAVORABLE DECISION FROM THIS REPORT.
