I filled out a credit application for my business for a vehicle through XXXX. While asking them what the process was and what they needed the salesman explained that they have a unique situation with the lenders. He stated that because of the industry size they have XXXX pulls the credit profile and sends it to the banks. He said its beneficial to businesses owners since it would only be 1 pull of the credit and the bank they use get the credit report from XXXX so I will not have multiple inquiries ran on my report. Despite that promise, and the only reason I allow my credit to be ran, the banks without my authorization or consent pulled my credit anyway. This resulted in not just 1 inquiry but many. All these inquiries were dont in a fraudulent matter without my knowing
