I called Hyundai Motor Finance on XX/XX/XXXX and requested they XXXX the lien release. They told me they mail out on Tuesday and Thursday and they would mail it out the next day. When I called XX/XX/XXXX for a follow-up, they informed me that it was not sent via XXXX at all. They said that the lien release I requested on XX/XX/XXXX was sent XX/XX/XXXX and should take about 7-10 days. I requested a XXXX for the lien release and they promised me 3-5 business days and they also promised me I would have the XXXX by XX/XX/XXXX. When I asked them how much, they said they didnt have a price. I called them again on XX/XX/XXXX and asked for an update and the manager said I should get it by the end of the week. I do not have either copies they allegedly sent. Today is XX/XX/XXXX and I still do not have the lien release from my request on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. The tracking number currently shows that only the label was created XX/XX/XXXX and it was not shipped yet.
