I recently pulled my credit report from XXXX on XX/XX/2024 and I also got a notification a new collection is reporting on my credit report. My credit needs to represent the truth according to FCRA the credit report agencies are responsible for making sure its 100 % ACCURATE, VERIFIABLE AND COMPLETE. Jefferson Capital System LLC flagged my profile deemed a negative item reporting as being late or past due. I see its a FDCPA violation to report a collection with a past due balance and I also seen on the Illinois Secretary of State theyre not licensed and bonded to collect on a debt in Illinois . They also so re-ages the debt as a new account with its inaccurate which violates FCRA regulations that this account is in fact inaccurate. The original creditor charge this account off and wrote it off as a bad debt I check with the IRS and will be sending in proof of this for this complaint. I need to see where I have proof you send me a contract barring my write signature that I owe this alleged debt to you. I need all the business transactions leading up to me owning this debt to Jefferson capital system LLC. I feel like they trying to coerce a payment out of me I need to see how all documents validating this debt not verification.
