COMPLAINANT XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Florida XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Re : Disputed Increased Interest Rate RESPONDENTS TD Bank XXXX XXXX. ( issuer ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( license ) ) Nordstrom ( retail ) Customer Service ( third party ) I am a XXXX widow and have been a credit card holder of the above Respondents credit card since XXXX. After a careful review of my credit card statements from 1999 to present by a business professional, I am disputing {$18000.00} in unauthorized, predatory, deceptive, abusive, phony, manipulative, negligent and exploiting the elderlys credit card interest rate by unconscionably increasing the interest rates fourfold, and without the 45 day notice, violating The Card Act and Florida Statute 825.101 & 825.103. All merchant transactions were paid for in full. The Respondents unauthorized and unconscionable increase in interest rates were nullified by violation of law. The card holder gives Respondents notice, that the card holder does not authorize and will dispute any late payment fees, payment penalties or interest increases on the disputed interest balance amount from this date forward. The card holder also gives notice, that the Respondents must hold and treat all disputes in abeyance until resolved by the parties. The card holder never made a late payment even though the interest rate was increased fourfold. This is taking advantage of the elderly that survives on a fixed income, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
