It seems that my Venmo account was hacked approx. 2 weeks ago. I have contacted Venmo on numerous occasions over that time period. The time I actually talked to someone, they said there was " Suspicious Activity '' with reguards to my account, they gave no other details, and that it will be reviewed by their fraud team and that I would hear back from them via email with in 24 hours, that was 5 days ago. My recent contact was with them today and now they say that the fraud team will contact me within 10 to 13 business days! I need this account to run my business! It's not my fault it was hacked, it was Venmo 's, yet I'm being treated like the hacker!
