I tried to initiate verification from XXXX XXXX XXXX by certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX I requested all verification documents as outline by the FCRA ; I received delivery notification that the mail was delivered and signed by XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Today XX/XX/XXXX is now passed 30 days and I still have not received the requested documents I requested from carmax. I have attached the letter sent to XXXX along with the certified mailing information and delivery receipt. I also requested the bureaus to do an investigation on the account below for accuracy accounts came back verified I do not believe an investigation was done because its no way the accounts would come back verified as accurate due to the large discrepancies and information mismatch highlighted in the attached documents. I have attached the many violations such as the account being constantly updated as a charge off therefore reaging the account this is a violation of my consumer rights and I demand this inaccurate account to be DELETED from being furnished on my consumer reports! This is the final request for account deletion my privacy has been violated this is direct violation of my consumer rights as outline by the FCRA I will be requesting {$1000.00} in damages due to failure of investigation please re-investigate and remove this account. States I have the right to privacy.
