Over the past 6 months I continue to get letters in the mail about activating my service plan or about extended warranty on a vehicle and I don't have a new vehicle or any vehicle that's works at all right now. So when I called 5months ago they said clerical error and they were sorry. I have now received a letter from Ford of XXXX and when I called they were talking to me about my service activation and I ask if they would confirm the full Vin and they did not have it on file. I ask if that was normal and I told them that I was the person but I did not purchase this vehicle at all and I do not have it. They refused to discuss any more info with me at that point and now I have nothing. The county clerk 's office did not have tag info to this partial Vin for me at all they said.
