Keep in mind that I filed for bankruptcy on XX/XX/XXXX, and as of XX/XX/XXXX, the case is closed, and all payments were made as agreed. Keep in mind when I filed, my XXXX score was XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX told me I had to make a total of {$370.00} on the XXXX credit cards I had with them, which was impossible without failing to pay other creditors, I filed XXXX XXXX. I talked with my attorney, advised that they could do this type of scandalous activity. XXXX XXXX XXXX would not accept any other payments. The problem is Experian fails to keep correct information on my credit report, unlike XXXX and XXXX ; my score is in the XXXX and Experian 's XXXX, and I was denied credit because of their failure to keep accurate records.
