I recently pulled a copy of my credit report and noticed accounts and inquiries that I have not authorized or any affiliation with. I have contacted all XXXX credit bureaus and requested verification of these accounts with no formal response. I have the right to privacy and have not given any written consent for this information to be reported to my profile which is in violation of 15 USC 1681 Furnishing accounts to my credit report that are a result of identity theft is in violation of 15 USC 1681 C-2 I requested that all fraudulent addresses be removed from profile to prevent fraud accounts being added to my profile under my identity. The information is impacting my credit negatively.
