I have an optum bank health savings account. Through optum, I established a XXXX brokerage XXXX to invest excess funds. The XXXX brokerage account is linked to my Optum Bank XXXX, and in the past I have been able to transfer any balances in excess of {$2000.00} to that brokerage account. I recently deposited {$8300.00} into that account. I have attempted multiple times on the website to transfer funds. However, my transfers have been unsuccessful. On XX/XX/year>, I requested a transfer to the XXXX brokerage account. However, it was transferred to a mutual fund account that is unaffiliated with the XXXX brokerage account. I transferred the funds back into the XXXX account to re-initiate the transfer to the brokerage account. I re-initiated the transfer around XX/XX/year>, and it was rejected. I have called optimum multiple times, spoken to multiple people, and no one has any idea why this is happening. Theres a link on the optum website titled transfer from XXXX to XXXX brokerage. That link does not work and no one can provide me an explanation.
