I settled eith Sunbit for {$1600.00}, on XX/XX/year>. They wouldn't take one full payment, so it was paid in 5 payments of XXXX and one payment of XXXX. All paid XX/XX/year>. They keep calling me and telling me I owe them money. When they look at the record they see that it was paid off. They keep sending tickets to the technical team and managers to fix this, but it's not being resolved and they still keep calling. I've tried to dispute it through my XXXX credit report and it came back that their information is correct. It is not. I need them to show that I've paid off this debt and have it reflect as paid on my credit report.
