I received my refund advance in my XXXX money account ( XX/XX/24 ) and on XX/XX/XXXX they froze my account after i used my advance. An entire month later my remaining tax refund was deposited into that account- which is still frozen and I can not even access my money. I have called, emailed, wrote them on social media platforms and also have already supplied them with all the documents they requested to verify my identity and they have yet to unlock my account so I can get my money. At this point I am beyond frustrated and would just like my account unlocked and my account closed!
