My funds have been locked up in this account since XXXX. I tried to withdraw them several times and there always seems to be an issue where I can't just withdraw the funds. The site wants me to purchase crypto or give them more details for a wire transfer. I did this and despite that it would not allow me to withdraw the funds to am external account. There is also no way to get ahold of someone to get help. I sent an email on my web browser as well just to receive an automated response with the same information about wore transfer.
