I have sent letters over and over again to Transunion to please open my credit file so that I can see it, I have yet to do so. I am not able to view my credit report with TransUnion. I ask the CFPB to please ask TransUnion to open my credit file but they have flat out refused. Each time I go through all the steps it tells me at the end they can not do my request at this time This is plumb crazy. They have flat out refused to open my credit file.
