I had a fraud charge to my claim while I was at work, my card was used for XXXX XXXX I called to get it resolved and was told I needed to submit a fraud claim, which I did. In the XXXX XXXX my claim was denied and I dont know why. I submitted my police report and other supportive documents. It has been since XXXX and I have yet to hear anything back. On the pamphlet it states claims will be resolved with in 120 days it is well over 120 days and no one at navy federal has any information. Its like they want me to forget about my hard earned money. I have no trust in navy federal at this, which is a bummer because Ive always heard great things about them. I need help recovering my fund from this establishment.
