Experian will not dispute the information as they said it was verified called the creditor and it was not true the statement from the creditor states the account was venever reported fraudently ever to them I asked them to recent documents unfortunetley they will not do that anymore and they have placed a permanent internal lock on my account that is volating my rights they also sent me a letter stating that my dispute was made by error no error I want them to block all the information I am disputing and if the deny the need to provide accurate documents of verification of the debt I dispute the claim against me, asserting my rights under FCRA and TILA. Without written agreements, I question the validity 623 ( a ) ( 6 ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act As a victim of identity theft, I request evidence to substantiate the claim.15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions
