I made a transfer of $ XXXX {$410000.00} XXXX to a family member on XX/XX/year>, within 15 minutes I realized that I made a mistake with the account that the transfer was to come out from. I immediately contacted the help number and requested that the transfer be cancelled. The agent XXXX assured me that transfer would be cancelled, and my request would be escalated. The following day I reached out and spoke to another agent XXXX, who echoed what XXXX said. However at this point, {$410000.00} XXXX had been taken out of my family member 's account and the transfer had not been cancelled as originally requested. Seeing that they had taken the amount, I then requested a refund. I spoke to a third agent XXXX and she gave me no tangible explanation as to a solution. I have called several times and received an email from yet another agent XXXX, on XX/XX/year>, stating that they would issue me a refund. Till this date of XX/XX/year>, I have yet to receive said refund.
