MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEM XX/XX/XXXX Subject : Request for Immediate Removal of Unauthorized Account from Credit Report Dear Midland I am writing to address a concerning matter regarding an account that has appeared on my credit report, which I have no knowledge of and have not engaged with your company in any capacity. The account in question does not have any association with me, and I have not signed any agreement with your company. As such, I demand the immediate removal of this account from my credit report.
