***SECOND REQUEST*** Due to LexisNexis alleging that they were unable to verify my identity, despite being provided my full name, address, phone number, social security number and email ( the same one they allegedly attempted to contact me at ) I am submitting the same complaint, along with a copy of a recent utility bill, my IL drivers license, and as a copy of my social security card in addition to the previously submitted documents. There is an unverifiable public record reporting on my credit report. I contacted the court listed to which they advised that do not share any personal identifying information with any third party. I personally did not authorize any third party to collect and share my personal identifying information with any person or company. I have previously disputed this public record with XXXX and XXXX to which they have responded that it has been verified as accurate. This is not true. I spoke with XXXX today and they have advised that LexisNexis reported the information as accurate. This is a violation under 15 U.S. Code 1681b. I previously spoke with LexisNexis and they advised that they were unable to verify the public record and removed the entry from their database. I will be attaching the letter from the courthouse which states that they did not share my personal identifying information. I will also be attaching the letter I received from LexisNexis that stated they were unable to verify the public record and previously removed it from their database.
