I have an account with upgrade which is a financial technology company. I believe on the XXXX of XXXX they suspended my account it won't let me access the money I have in my account it won't tell me why it's been suspended all they tell me is wait for an email we can't tell you nothing I've called messaged them everything still won't tell me nothing. I'm a XXXX veteran on a fixed income and I need the money I have in there they keep giving me the runaround won't tell me nothing won't send me no information or nothing.
