Jefferson Capital System, LLC made a negative entry into to my credit ratings with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX for a XXXX account that I never opened. They entered this negative entry of me without conducting an investigation of this fraudulent account. A person opened the account on XX/XX/2019 using the name XXXX XXXX, my social security number, an email of XXXX email which is not mine, and an address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MD XXXX which I have never lived at. I have never lived in that State. My credit rating dropped over XXXX points due to their negligence. I have been damaged by their conduct and this crime committed against me by the fraudulent use of my social security number.
