The original account was a XXXX account fraudulently opened in my name sometime in XXXX. I disputed the original account and it was removed from all 3 credit bureaus. Now Jefferson capital is trying to attach to my credit report with a new opening date of XX/XX/XXXX. This debt is already about 7 years old and they are known for trying to reage debt. I have never had a XXXX account. I had XXXX at the time and have XXXX now . XXXX already removed them from my credit file and I'm currently waiting for XXXX to finish the dispute. Jefferson capital is very predatory.
