In XXXX XXXX XXXX, I looked at my credit report and noticed that there were quite a few discrepancies. I reached out to the bureaus but they have not assisted in removing these unauthorized accounts on my report. Based on my rights with the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681i, I request you to re-investigate for I am disputing the accuracy of these accounts for the following reasons : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Is a total loss vehicle that was supposed to be removed from my credit report a while back. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This is completely inaccurate and inaccurately reporting on my report. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I believe this collection is reporting inaccurately. - Please remove it XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This is completely inaccurate and inaccurately reporting on my report.
