I hit a rough patch at the end of XXXX and was unable to make my payments. I've received email after email about my account being overdue. On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX I made a payment in full for over {$1400.00}, when I made this payment there was nothing on my account indicating that my account was closed. I never received any communication that the account was closed and there has been nothing reported to my credit reflecting that the account was closed. In fact, an email I received on Friday XX/XX/XXXX, stated my account was overdue, not closed, not cancelled - overdue. This company is extremely misleading in that none of the notices I received indicated my account was closed.
