On Tuesday night XXXX the XXXX I tried to make a purchase using my Capital One credit card, but it was blocked. I then contacted Capital One about why this was happening, I was then told that the deposit of XXXX dollars to get the credit card had been returned back to the bank. I couldn't understand that because Capital One had already sent me XXXX credit cards and said that the deposit for XXXX dollars was paid and accepted by both Capital One and the Bank. Plus I had already used some of the money in the XXXX dollar credit limit. Also this had taken place over 3-4 weeks. I asked Capital One why didn't they verify with the bank that the deposit payment was approved, they told me it was initially, but later on 3-4 weeks the bank took back the deposit payment. The problem I have with this is how Capital One handled this whole process at no time did Capital One inform me of this until on Tuesday night XXXX the XXXX which was 3-4 weeks after they sent me XXXX credit cards in the mail and I used some of the Credit limit to make purchases. Also Capital One had canceled the XXXX Credit Card they sent me before I ever got it. Then they had to send me the XXXX XXXX. I want Capital One to open my account and activate the Credit card they just gave me the one I have now!! As far as the deposit I believe Capital One has received it and approved it.
