I have inaccurate reporting all throughout my credit report, I have attached credit report with side by side comparison. According to the Privacy Act of XXXX ( b ) CONDITIONS OF DISCLOSURE No agency shall disclose any record which is contained in a system of records by any means of communication to any person, or to another agency, except pursuant to a written request by, or with the prior written consent of, the individual to whom the record pertains unless disclosure of the record would be -- I have several charge offs listed on my report, I now know a charge-off is considered a certificate of indebtedness, which means it is income and income can not be reported on my credit report. I am also aware that transaction history can not be reported on my credit. I also want all unauthorized inquiries removed. 15 USC 1681 states 3 ) Information regarding inquiries Except as provided in section 1681g ( a ) ( 5 ) of this title, a consumer reporting agency shall not furnish to any person a record of inquiries in connection with a credit or insurance transaction that is not initiated by a consumer.
