XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ACCOUNT XXXX XXXX This letter is to formally request that you cease and desist from reporting false late payment information to credit bureaus and other reporting agencies. It has come to my attention that you have inaccurately marked my account as being late on payments, which has had a negative impact on our XXXX XXXX. I demand removal of this late payment.
