SOLAR MOSAIC refused to send statements of balance or inform of delinquency status and balance. SOLAR MOSAIC led me to believe payments were suspended due to the legal matter since they were not sending statements or allowing me access to my online account when they were retaliating against me and setting me up. I also tried to access my MOSAIC SOLAR account online and I got a message " UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS ''. SOLAR MOSAIC should not be able to mark me as delinquent to credit bureaus all the way to charge off status without informing me at each progression which they did not ever do through statements or verbally or through my attorney ( I have a pending separate legal matter with them which is moving very slowly and it appears they want to ruin my credit as retaliation because they are singling me out among all the other customers who they are sending statements to and allowing access to their computer account. )
