I have two accounts that are being serviced by the Credit Protection Plan Administrator at XXXX XXXX XXXX for my Milestone card and Destiny card. Each month I made payments to a feature that was to cover my payments in the event I become unemployed invoulintarly. I contacted the office and was assigned cases XXXX ( Destiny Card ) and XXXX ( Milestone Card ). I completed the application and was advised to send proof showing that I was involuntarily unemployed and all this information was sent. Then they advised me I needed to send in a copy of proof showing I registered for unemployment and if I was approved the amount. I completed the same process for each of these accounts and submitted the same exact information. The information was emailed to XXXX and I also uploaded the information via their website for each account. All of this was done well before each due date. They paid {$40.00} on each account for the first month and stopped making payments. My account has accessed late fees and the credit card companies have reported payments missed to the credit reporting agencies and my scores have dropped over XXXX points. I have called their office and requested a member of management several times and have been told the cases are escalated and someone will contact me directly. No one has contacted me via cell or email. I sent them a copy of the letter showing I applied for umemployment, the determination letter, and the application. All of this information was sent via email AND uploaded within their website. I have made payments to this feature to protect me and my credit, but his company has done the complete opposite. I will upload all documents sent to them.
