Carmichael and frost sent out a huge email blast to complete strangers notifying a debt that has my parents name. A police report was filed 6 years ago for identity theft. The debt originally came from XXXX but 6 years ago when they were asked to verify the debt they never could. They are threating to go through their assets without court order. I have already sent them a formal do not contact letter because my name is not on it but they continue to contact me. They email and text me. I consulted a lawyer who informed me they are not allowed to contact non involved parties more then once. They have contacted me 3 times now.
