In XXXX there was an mis-posted for a XXXX XXXX on my account and it was fixed in XXXX. Someone with a similar name made a purchase and XXXX recognized that. In XXXX apparently they were transitioning to Commenity Bank my profile did not transition over when I had {$6000.00} available in credit. Now theyre claiming theres a cease and desist note on my account because the previous issue with the random person used my account triggered this before transition
