Westlake Portfolio Management sent me a letter back on XX/XX/2024 threatening to repossess the vehicle. Meanwhile Westlake Portfolio Management can not Validate the debt at this time according to Westlake Portfolio Management. A Cease and desist was placed on the account. Westlake Portfolio Management are still adding fees, falsely stating that a confirmation number given to me is my previous account number when it is not, and also making negative remarks on my credit report. Meanwhile, Westlake Portfolio Management can not provide Validation at this time. It's been more than 30-45 days now. Send Validation of debt and the correct account number. Until then, since a cease and desist is in place by Westlake Portfolio Management, no remarks or inaccurate reports should be placed on my credit report.
