There are fraudulent account on my credit report ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX there are also fraudulent inquires from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) I sent in a police report showing this is fraud and Identity Theft report from the FTC. They have refused to provide me with any proof how this was verified or refused to delete the accounts. As for the inquiries they refuse to remove them even though I provided a police report and a Identity Theft report from the FTC. TransUnion representative, stated its not there job to remove inaccuracy accounts or inquiries from my credit report regardless if I provide proof that there fraud. That its up to the creditor to remove it, if the creditor states do not remove it from the credit report they will not. Unless TransUnion receives a letter from the creditor nothing will be removed regardless if the accounts are not verifiable.
