Someone had requested phone services as well as an apartment lease fraudulently in my name. I have contacted the local authorities but the account has yet to be removed I have never lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ca. XXXX account XXXX XXXX XXXX {$3200.00} Is also not legally my account. I have contacted multiple sources and nothing has been done.
