I USE CREDIT CARD OF CAPITAL ONE ON THE DAY XX/XX/XXXX I GOT CHARGE SOME TRANSACTION I DIDNT KNOW LIKE '' XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX '' AFTER I CALLED FOR THE BANK THEY SAID WILL SEND FOR ME ANOTHER CARD AND TAKE OUT ALL THAT TRANSACTION. NEXT DAY SOMEONE KEEP HACKING AND CHANGE MY PASSWORD AND PHONE NUMBER IN THERE. I CALLED FOR THE BANK TO LET THEM KNOW I JUST USE 1 PHONE NUMBER IS XXXX BUT WHY IT SHOW IN THERE THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE HACKER IS ( XXXX ) XXXX AND THEY ADD A MANAGER USER NAME XXXX, XXXX, AND XXXX I THOUGH IT FROM THE BANK LOG IN TO HELP ME FIX THIS FRAUD TRANSACTION BUT THEN THEY KEEP CHARGING MY CARD BY USE THAT PHONE NUMBER TO VERIFY THE VISUAL CARD. THEY KEEP ADD ACCOUNT IN XXXXXXXX XXXX AND XXXX AND THE LINK APPS. I TRIED CALLED THE BANK ALOT OF TIME XXXX TIMES A DAY BUT THEY KEEP HACKING BACK FROM XX/XX/XXXX UNTIL XX/XX/XXXX IT MAKE ME SO STRESSFUL SO I DECIDED TO CLOSE THE BANK. BUT AFTER I CLOSED IT TODAY XX/XX/XXXX THE BANK TOLD ME THOES CHARGE STICK WITH SOME USER RELATIVE TO ME SO THEY WILL CHARGE ME. I CALLED THEM TO DONT LET ANYBODY LOG IN MY ACCOUNT OR CHANGE PASSWORD OR MY PHONE NUMBER. BUT THE BANK KEEP CHANGE FOR THEM OVER XXXX EVERYSINGLE DAY. THEY JIUST CHANGED CARD NUMBER XXXX BUT IT NOT WORK BECAUSE THE HACKER JUST GIVE FOR THEM MY SOCIAL NUMBER THE BANK KEEP CHANGE MY ACCOUNT EVEN I VERIFIED MY ID WITH THEM XXXX ALREADY AND TOOK PICTURE DETAIL AND ADDRESS. THE SECURITY OF THE BANK REALLY BAD. I GOT HACKED AFTER I SHARE THE LINK CAPITAL ONE FOR MY FRIEND TO APPLY. AFTER THAT XXXX I GOT HACKED.
