United Wholesale Mortgage says for my payment for XX/XX/year> was late, however this is not the case due to my following explanation. For the Month of XXXX I Logged into the mobile application where I then submitted my amount due which was posted on the portal, then I later on check on the portal the following month again to pay that months ( XXXX ) payment. This is where the issue lies. It seems like after the payment was made in XXXX. Everything was fine & then they seemed to add another amount that was due within in the same month, but I was not able to see that amount because it only showed the initial amount due. & I had no reason to log into the portal again to check for another amount that was due. On top of that I didnt even get someone from the company to reach out regarding this payment, so this is as to why I had to pay that overdue amount after the fact they considered it to be late. So its not like it was my fault if they never posted the full amount due at the same time. Plus no one reached out. So they need to get this removed because the payment being late wasnt my fault and I have paid it as soon as I found out by my own.
