I signed up for a checking and credit card XXXX 2023 looks like the XXXX. I was approved online for both accounts automatically. I received my debit card for the bank account, but the credit card never came. It says approved online but has never changed in status. I contacted the company multiple times trying to figure out why my credit card account only says approved and never officially opened. All I was told was they were putting in support tickets and I was a special case. They told me I would receive my sign-on bonus for opening both a credit card and checking account as soon as they got if figured out. It has been 4 months, and they still can not cancel my application or push it through. I don't want an open application that could go through randomly. So, I have asked them to cancel it since they can not seem to figure out how to finish processing it and they tell me they don't know how and can not. No one calls me back ; they send emails that you can't respond to and the only thing anyone says on the phone is they have put in a ticket for that.
