this account from XXXX XXXX has been affecting my credit report for years now. ive already attempted to dispute this account because it is not mine. please provide to me account level documentation of said debt. I something with the original contact with my wt signature and all detail proven that I owe this debt. as I mentioned before this about has been drawn to my attention because its not mine. provide me with documentation with 30 days or les that I owe this debt. if this information can not be provided in a timely fashion deleted it from my credit now. the credit reporting agencies are violating my rights as a consumer by reporting this most after month after month thats hiring my financial situation right now especially trying to buy a house for me and my family. pursuant to 15 usc 1683e this account is violating my rights under federal law.
