Consumer Narrative

This is the second time Penfed has increased my credit card limit dramatically, causing it to affect my livelihood. The first time it was decreased without warning and this second time as soon as I begin to use the card, it was decreased by {$70000.00}. I was diagnosed with XXXX and needed to purchase some items and saw it had a negative balance so not only did they decrease it, they decreased it under the balance making it seem as I went over the credit limit. This decrease is impacting my livelihood right now as this is being a resource to help myself and kids.
